We have a 3 day fix policy in which we will touch up your lashes free of charge 3 days or less from the original appointment. We will need to be notified via text at (714) 955-7126 with a brief description why a fix is needed and our office will need to arrange a time, there is one fix allowed per paid appointment. After 3 days there will be a charge for all touch ups and adjustments. All fixes and corrections must be performed by the same technician in order to guarantee our work. If you happen to have an allergic reaction in which you will experience clear signs of puffiness and discomfort, please let us know right away and we will remove your lashes for you. Allergic reactions are not qualified for a refund. Thank you for your understanding, we truly appreciate your business and value you as our client. All services and sales are final and are non-refundable. Changes in length, styles, and volume do not qualify for a free fix. If there is an underwhelming experience with lash lifts please contact us before the 3 day grace period.
