3 Days Fix Policy for Lash Extensions & Lifts:
We have a 3 day fix policy in which we will touch up your lashes free of charge 3 days or less from the original appointment. We will need to be notified via text at (714) 955-7126 with a brief description why a fix is needed and our office will need to arrange a time. There is one fix allowed per paid appointment. After 3 days there will be a charge for all touch ups and adjustments. All fixes and corrections must be performed by the same technician in order to guarantee our work. If you happen to have an allergic reaction in which you will experience clear signs of puffiness and discomfort, please let us know right away and we will remove your lashes for you. Allergic reactions are not qualified for a refund. Thank you for your understanding, we truly appreciate your business and value you as our client. All services and sales are final and are non-refundable. Changes in length, styles, and volume do not qualify for a free fix. If there is an underwhelming experience with lash lifts please contact us before the 3 day grace period.

Booking and Time Policies
Lash Appointments:
For every lash appointment, we schedule a specific amount of time that includes both preparation and application. Arriving late shortens this window, which can impact the quality and completeness of your lash set. To ensure the best results, we need the full scheduled time, especially since proper prep is essential for lash retention and overall outcome. Please arrive 10 to 15 mins before your appointment to fill out any paperwork, wash makeup off, remove contacts, etc. Please note: if you show up to your lash appointment late the full amount of the service will still be charged. If you require additional time there will be an additional service charge.
Please note if you booked an appointment , show up, and your lashes require a removal and new set, we will have to reschedule your appointment for more time and there will be a fee to do so.

Please note we do not have online booking. We require a deposit or credit card to book any appointments. Please call or text our office to finalize your appointment.
